This miniaturized version of the ca.1930's A.E. Crowell Preening Black Duck Decoy is part of the Shelburne Museum authorized reproductions of wildfowl decoys in their extensive collection. Master models of each carving were hand carved by master carver Sam Nottleman. Loon Lake Decoy Company has overseen production to ensure each is an exact miniaturized duplicate.
